Why Travel?
Well, what feels like a short lifetime ago, I was bitten by the travel bug. My husband and I had been working tirelessly to start a home when we had a sod it moment and booked a one way ticket to New York City. A trip that would become the starting point for a life which was very much driven by travel and curiosity. At the start of this new website, our total was 19 countries and 40+ destinations outside of the UK.
Here I have a chance to offer guidance and advice on countries I have visited detailing my itineraries to anyone looking for a new adventure.
My Top Destinations to date!
1. New York City - This place has such a collective mix of cultures, cuisines and characters.
2. Bali - Nothing screams out to me more then to revisit this stunningly beautiful place.
3. Hawaii - I just loved the vibe. Great memories of sitting at a food truck chatting to a local lad about local food and shrimp.
4. Naples - Literally just for the fried pizza and the amazing history.
5. Svalbard - the nature and wildlife are incredible.
